Terms of Sale

These terms govern orders placed through the Azentri Verkada store. Azentri is an authorized Verkada reseller; your order is placed with Azentri and fulfilled by Verkada, which ships hardware directly to your site under your company's name.

Ordering and payment

Pay by card at checkout (processed by Stripe), or request a quote and pay by the invoice or payment link we send. Card checkout authorizes your card without charging it. The charge completes when we accept your order — we confirm it by email, place it with Verkada, and email your expected ship date — within 7 days of checkout; a hold we do not capture within 7 days releases automatically. If a listed price is in error or an item is unavailable, we will contact you before proceeding and release the hold, or refund in full, if you cancel. Items marked “available by quote” cannot be purchased by card checkout.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are Verkada's published US list prices at the time of order. Promotions and discounts may apply on quoted orders. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping

We ship to US delivery addresses. Hardware ships directly from Verkada. Ship timing varies by product and Verkada's stock; we email your expected ship date when we place your order. Orders over $2,000 ship free; below that, shipping is a flat $50. License-only orders have no shipping charge. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Licenses

Verkada devices require a license to operate, sold in 1, 3, 5, or 10-year terms. Licenses are delivered electronically for claiming into your Verkada Command organization; licenses added to an existing organization co-terminate with it. Use of Verkada software and licenses is governed by Verkada's end-user terms.

Returns and warranty

Returns (30 days) and hardware warranties follow Verkada's policies; warranty periods are stated on each product's datasheet. To start a return or warranty claim, contact us and we will coordinate it with Verkada.
