Verkada ships each order directly to your site, placed under your company's name. Orders over $2,000 ship free; below that, shipping is a flat $50. License-only orders have no shipping charge.

Yes — each camera, door, sensor, intercom, gateway, and viewing station needs its license, sold in 1, 3, 5, or 10-year terms. Command Connectors take one camera license per channel. Licenses added to an existing Verkada org co-terminate with it, so everything renews on one date.

Most buyers can. Cameras are PoE devices: claim the serial numbers into Command before connecting, mount, and plug in — configuration happens in the cloud. Remote configuration by Azentri is available as a paid service.

Hardware only records with a valid license and an org claim. Secondhand “unclaimed serial” gear from marketplaces has neither; hardware ordered under your name through a partner has both from day one.
