This Privacy Policy explains how Azentri, LLC (“Azentri,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares the information you provide when you use this website — including when you request a consultation or place an order through the Verkada store. By submitting a form or placing an order on this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are

Information we collect
When you request a consultation through this site, we collect:
- Your name and work email address;
- Your company website;
- What you’re interested in discussing.
When you place an order through the Verkada store, we collect:
- Your company name, contact name, work email, and phone number (optional);
- The shipping address and any order notes you provide;
- Your order contents, totals, and payment status.
Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and go directly to Stripe — we never receive your full card number.
We also automatically collect limited attribution and technical data when you arrive, such as campaign parameters in the page URL (UTM tags), the referring website, and the page you landed on. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to confirm your meeting.
Our Ramp referral page collects no form data. It links to Azentri’s partner page on ramp.com; any information you enter there is provided directly to Ramp and governed by Ramp’s privacy policy, not this one.
How we use your information
- To prepare for and hold the consultation you requested;
- To research your company before we talk, using the website you provide;
- To contact you about your inquiry and schedule a call;
- To process, fulfill, and support your store order — including order confirmation, shipping, and license-claiming emails, and the order-history page;
- To understand which outreach drove your visit, and to operate and improve this site.
How we share your information
With Verkada.Store orders are fulfilled by Verkada Inc., which ships hardware directly to you. We share your company name, contact details, and shipping address with Verkada to place your order under your company’s name, provision your licenses, and register the sale under Verkada’s partner program. Verkada’s use of this information is governed by Verkada’s privacy policy.
With Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which collects your card and billing details directly on its checkout page. That information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
With Ramp.Azentri is an authorized partner of Ramp Business Corporation (“Ramp”). If your inquiry concerns Ramp and you ask us for an introduction, we may share your details with Ramp so its team can follow up with you. Ramp’s use of your information is governed by Ramp’s privacy policy.
With service providers. We use Calendly to schedule calls, Resend to send order and inquiry emails, and Vercel to host this site and store order records. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your consent
We collect and share your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting a form or placing an order. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us — though we may be unable to unwind an introduction already in progress or recall information already shared to fulfill an order.
Data retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to support your inquiry and our relationship with you, and as required to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@azentri.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
