Information we collect
When you request a consultation through this site, we collect:
- Your name and work email address;
- Your company website;
- What you’re interested in discussing.
We also automatically collect limited attribution and technical data when you arrive, such as campaign parameters in the page URL (UTM tags), the referring website, and the page you landed on. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to confirm your meeting.
Our Ramp referral page collects no form data. It links to Azentri’s partner page on ramp.com; any information you enter there is provided directly to Ramp and governed by Ramp’s privacy policy, not this one.
How we use your information
- To prepare for and hold the consultation you requested;
- To research your company before we talk, using the website you provide;
- To contact you about your inquiry and schedule a call;
- To understand which outreach drove your visit, and to operate and improve this site.
How we share your information
With Ramp.Azentri is an authorized partner of Ramp Business Corporation (“Ramp”). If your inquiry concerns Ramp and you ask us for an introduction, we may share your details with Ramp so its team can follow up with you. Ramp’s use of your information is governed by Ramp’s privacy policy.
With service providers. We use Calendly to schedule calls and similar vendors to operate this site. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your consent
We collect and share your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us — though we may be unable to unwind an introduction already in progress.
Data retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to support your inquiry and our relationship with you, and as required to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
